| 1) Buy your avatar name. Currently, only registered avatar names can be Content Creator. So, if you're serious about becoming a Content Creator, you're going to have to cough up a little cash. You can purchase your avatar name directly from IMVU, or from a Registered IMVU Credit Reseller if you're looking for a better price. |

| 2) Register to be a Content Creator. You will need to sign the Content Creator Agreement. |

| 3) Read and understand IMVU's Virtual Goods Policy. IMVU's Virtual Goods Policy establishes what content is considered "General Audience," "Access Pass Only," and "Unsuitable for IMVU." If you violate these guidelines, you may be subject to DMCA takedown, responsible for refunds to customers, and your creator account may be disabled. Pay close attention to the Minimum Coverage Guidelines for clothing, as well as the IMVU policies regarding Copyrighted Items. |
